Hey everyone! So lately the Ty homepage has been changed and now it barely shows any relation to Beanies at all. The majority of the page is "Daily Games" YouTube videos, contests, etc.... all of which do not relate to Beanies in any way.
I understand that this is probably a method to either earn money for advertising or add more "free fun" to the site... but if someone came accross this page, they wouldn't know what they were advertising.
The main Ty page should be changed around so that it actually shows Ty's products and advertises them well, other than just a link to the Ty Store.
Here is one idea for how it could look (link below). If Ty still wants to keep the video player and daily games they can just add links at the top.
I don't mean to sound rude or disrespectful towards Ty or anyone else, but it's just my opinion.

"It's the Great Pumpkin!" will unfortunately not be coming anytime soon. I still have not figured out who will "play" the characters or what will happen in it. However, what I am hoping is that it will be completed in time for........
The Nightmare Before Christmas: Halloween-a-thon 2 After Party
Which [might] feature "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!", "Mr. Frost and the Littlest Star", and possibly another new video? No promises.
if I actually do make this video, it would probably be uploaded sometime around the week before Christmas. Like I said, no promises. This is just and idea as of now.
PS- What's with all the YouTube videos and "daily games" on the Ty site?? C'mon Ty, at least make them Beanie related.

Halloween has come and gone.
It seemed so short this year, and almost doesn't feel like it happened.
Now that it's November you can expect to see much more Christmas and winter things on my site. The blurred preview that I put on the news page is for a new feature on the site expected to be published later this month. If you look close enough, and have seen my videos on YouTube, I'm sure you can guess who it will be about.
PS- "star light, star bright, littlest star I see tonight......"

Wow! These past couple of days have been pretty crazy in the Beanie World.
After months of waiting the final set of beanie Boos have been officially introduced (and I'm glad that they are their own collection as opposed to being a sub-group of regular Beanies). I would really like to get Cleo and maybe Waddles or Slush. Hopefully they will be a hit with younger buyers who go for the cartoon-style Beanies.
Baby Beanies are a bit confusing to me. The set is currently listed as Jingle Beanies, which they mostly are. Doodle'sPage is saying though that this group does not have bells or hanging string like past sets. My guess is that the term Baby Beanies will be the new introductory name for Jingle/Basket/Halloweenie/Key-clip Beanies, but the actually Beanies themselves will be listed under their proper category. Maybe this is Ty's version of Lil Kinz? Just a different name?
Ty has officially begun announcing winners of their Halloween contest. The drawings so far have been pretty good, and I can't wait to see the others! Be sure to enter if you have not already!
Speaking of contests, my BB2.0 code contest should be coming back soon. This time you will be able to enter for a Ricky BB2.0 code.
As for my introductory videos (that i make every month for YouTube announcing the new intros), I was not able to finish the one for last month. That does not mean though that I will completely stop making them. I am planning on making one for the new Christmas intros in the coming weeks. It's always awkward this time of the year because my site and videos are all Halloween themed but then Ty introduces Christmas Beanies. Not that I'm complaining; I always love this time of year

Soooo my old blog was acting weird and wouldn't allow me to post any new updates. Hopefully this one will work right.
Working on 'Ghostio & Gouliette' currently. I have the story in my head but I still need to make the characters and dialog. I'm going to hold off on 'It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!' until after G&G is done.
Pretty much everything is set to go for my Halloween 'celebration.' I have all the new banners, images, everything. I'm definitely planning on doing another free code contest, this time for Ricky.
Here's how I'm thinking the 'celebration' will take place:
Sept 20th: put up the first Halloween layout with all the new banners and such. On that day I will also post 1 of 3 new wallpapers I made.
Sept 27th: post the October calendars (2 of them)
September 30th: upload Dracula part 1 to YouTube
October 3rd: officially announce BB2.0 code conest
October 11th: change layout to second version (which I like better) and upload Dracula part 2
October 18th: upload Ghostio & Gouliette to YouTube
October 25th: Upload full halloween-a-thon video (which includes Dracula 1 and 2, Ghostio & Gouliette, and It's the great Pumpkin!)
"It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!" might end up being a Halloween-a-thon 2 video exclusive (as in, not uploaded on it's own; you need to watch the giant video to see it). It depends when I can finish it.
